From menus to table decorations, we can help to take the pressure off and bring restaurant-quality food to your memorable event.
We would come into your home or preferred location as your very own private chefs and set up for a seamless day or evening.
For intimate dinner parties, we can cater from as little as 2 people up to 20 people.
We are based in Washington, Tyne & Wear in the North East, we can cater for private dining up to 1 hour away.

The beauty of our private dining experiences is that you can create a menu that is totally bespoke to you and your occasion. Here at Freska, we specialise in sharing dishes from around the world. Think of sharing a table full of delicious food from different corners of the world with your nearest and dearest. From Mediterranean to Asian, we have a broad range of menus and dishes for you to choose from.
We can cater to a whole host of cuisines and dietary requirements.
Once we have some ideas together on the kind of menu you would like, I will take a few days to put together a couple of options for you to choose from and we can work from there.
Along with the food, we also want you to have the most beautiful setting to dine in. If you would like help planning table decorations we work with other local businesses to create a stunning atmosphere for you at an additional charge. Think florals, tablecloths, candles, place settings, and personalised menus. This is the perfect way to make your party even more memorable.
Prices usually start from around £50 per person however, they are dependent on the theme, the number of people, and the choice of menu. The more dishes on your menu, the more the cost will tend to be. If you have an approximate budget in mind, please make sure to mention it when you get in touch or fill out the form below and we can work towards that with you. Anything outside of a 10 mile radius will incur a travel surcharge to cover petrol costs there and back.
How it works
Before the event, we just need some basic info and photos of what you have in terms of facilities. We work in a number of domesticated kitchens so as long as you have a couple of hobs, an oven, and a dishwasher we can just about make anything work. We also bring along everything we will need from pans to knives so there is no need to worry about what utensils you have.
On the day it will be myself (Sonal) and usually, one other person from my team who will come into your home or holiday let and set up a couple of hours before to get to grips with our new workspace and finish any little bits of prep.
Whilst your dinner party is happening we will be plating up your dishes, serving your food, tidying away, and washing up before slipping away just after you finish your dessert so you can continue to enjoy your event without the hassle of doing anything else.
